Fort Carson Neighborhoods
The Fort Carson Mountain Post is located in the southwestern property area of
Colorado Springs homes for sale . Housing areas are located north, east, and west of the army base.

Cheyenne Hills
Quail Lake and Quail Park are located in the Cheyenne Hills area. The lake has a 1 mile walking, jogging, biking trail that is cement and gravel. Cheyenne Hills was established in 1979-1985.
Stratton
Stratton Meadows
The Stratton Meadows property area has cozier, cheap houses for sale and is a wonderful place for first time home purchasers. It is close to shopping and restaurants at the Broadmoor Towne Center and Cheyenne Mountain Shopping Center. This southwest property area was established in 1951-1955.
East Neighborhoods
Stratmoor Valley
Across Interstate 25 to the East is the Stratmoor Valley property area. The Fountain Creek Trail runs through the Subdivision and goes south to the Fountain Creek Regional Park. The Fountain Creek Regional Park is a wetland preserve. The Stratmoor Valley property community has large trees and was established in 1961-2006.
Security
The Security community has reasonable houses. Bordering Road 85/87, there are many restaurant choices along the highway. There are elementary and middle schools found in the Security real estate area. The Security property area was established in 1953-1999.
Fountain
Fountain Valley Ranch
Most of the houses for sale in the Fountain Valley Ranch property area are spacious houses with good-sized yards. The Center has a large park, community pool, library, baseball fields, and a play area. A post office is located in the area. The area was established in 1985-2002.
West Neighborhoods
Broadmoor Bluffs
The Broadmoor Bluffs property area is found near to the Cheyenne Mountain State Park. The Park has 16 trails that cover roughly 20 miles. There are Town Parks in the neighborhood. The Broadmoor Bluffs property area was established in 1973-1978.
The Broadmoor Oaks areais just about thirty mins from Canon Town south on Highway 115. The Broadmoor Oaks property area is located near four golf courses and one Town Park.
Broadmoor Spires
Neighborhoods in the Broadmoor Spires property area were established in 2001-2007.
Some of the stylish houses in this area have seasonal streams, back to impressive rock formations and sit on giant lots. The views in this area are picture perfect. Shopping and restaurants are not a long way from the area. The Cheyenne Mountain Air Base is not very far from this area.
There are several cheap, carefully tended housing regions close to the Fort Carson Mountain Post. These housing regions are extended army regions as they are nearby Fort Carson and many of the residents are Fort Carson soldiers.
