It's the “Location”. Believe it or not, but location is what drive potential buyers to your home. Consider these two scenarios and you will know what I mean. There is a family home located on a hill top with a beautiful view of the alley. It has a large garden with well manicured plants and well maintained lawn. Although close to the main town it is far away from the busy street that keeps the traffic noise and pollution away. The nearest shopping centre is about 10 minutes walking distance.
On the other hand there is another house that is located near the centre of the town, very close to the train station. You can hear the train whistle from half a mile. The main road is just a few yards away from the bedroom window and there is a late night pub just across the street.
Which house do you think will be in demand? Although the prices of these two homes will drastically differ, but it is quite obvious that anyone who is looking to buy a home will want a place where he/she can relax and be away from the daily grind of the city.
